Fly Tying

Brown Dun Swimming Nymph with gills is a fly noted as a medium-high difficulty on the tying scale. In fact is not complicated but you need a lot of practice and to master the technique you need to start from size #8 flies then you can go down to #16 or #18.
It is fun ti tie and really catch fish 😉

*Hook: Maruto D04 #14
*Thread: Orange 70DEN
*Body: Peter ribbing quill in brown-dun
*Gills: 3/0 tying thread or any body thread you like in yellow-cream color
*Tail:Coq de Leon Rubion
*Thorax: Mad Rabbit Dubbing- natural
