The red killer micro worm is an alternative at well known squirmy wormy flies. This worm is tied on size #16-20 and works great in water. Soft enough to be vibrant in water and to resist at fish teeth. Another plus is in quality of material, made on a silicone type of gel it is resistant at UV light. That means the fly can hang on the fishing vest without being afraid that the light will disintegrate it.
